This build is also available for Debian-based systems.

We have released the latest Iridium version 2018.4 based on Chromium 66.0.3359.130.
This release is currently available for Windows (32/64-bit and portable), macOS, openSUSE, Fedora and Red Hat Enterprise Linux & CentOS.

The developers just released version 2017.11 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux & CentOS!
Current releases are available for Windows 7+, 32/64-bit and portable, macOS 10.9+, openSUSE Leap 42.2, 42.3 & Tumbleweed and Fedora 25, 26 & 27.
A Debian-based build still to follow.
The current version 2017.11, is based on Chromium 62.0.3202.94.
Installation:
Windows and macOS users simply download and install the latest build.
Linux users to install using command line as provided on the download page.
Existing users, do not uninstall any previous versions beforehand - this would delete all your stored data i.e. bookmarks, history, etc!

Following the release of version 2017.11 for openSUSE last Friday, the Iridium development team releases the latest version for Windows!
The developer also managed to solve the issue with setting Iridium as the default browser - see github issue #177
